Across all three streams, the golden ratio φ appears. It is not arbitrary. It emerges from the algebra: max(Grace scales) = φ⁻¹, giving the critical distortion threshold φ. The love radius is φ⁻¹. The grace floor is φ⁻³. Coherence is a φ-native framework.
